DevOps initiatives can create cultural changes in companies by transforming how different roles collaborate during the development and delivery processes and beyond. There is a big focus on tools and tech in the DevOps community. But, if you can’t get critical groups to work together, having the best tools won’t save your DevOps transformation from failure.
So, how do we know if we collaborate well enough to get the desired outcomes? Do our processes foster it or prevent it? What do we need to change to achieve our goals? This track allows DevOps practitioners to share ideas and experiences around using data to answer these questions.
