The DevOpsCon in the time of corona will take place under special hygiene and distancing conditions.

For this purpose, we are taking precautions and limiting the number of attendees.

In order to be accessible for all interested parties, DevOpsCon will be streamed live with all parallel tracks at the same time.

DEVOPSCON IN TIMES OF CORONA: HOW CAN THIS WORK?

First of all: It does work! Together with hygiene experts and in cooperation with the Hotel Hilton Park, a detailed concept has been developed for the DevOpsCon to make your conference participation as safe and enjoyable as possible.

The Hotel Hilton Park supports this process with special expertise, which it can present through its many years of experience as a premium hotel.

The following measures apply to the DevOpsCon Conference 2020 and will, if necessary, adjusted in accordance with official requirements:

HYGIENE MEASURES

All contact surfaces of the conference hotel, such as door handles or tables, are disinfected regularly and several times a day. Special attention is paid to the disinfection of catering areas. Disinfectants are also provided for participants at numerous stations.

FACE MASK PROTECTION

A face mask that covers your mouth and nose must be worn at all times. If you have forgotten your own face mask, a replacement will be waiting for you at the check-in. The staff at the Hotel Hilton Park are also instructed to wear face masks.

DISTANCING

In the session, workshop, and keynote rooms there is a guaranteed distance of at least 1.5m between the seats. This is achieved by using additional space at the venue, by allowing virtual attendance, and by actively limiting the number of attendees. Additionally, the exhibition area and the general traffic areas will be laid out in such a way that social distancing rules can be upheld without any problems.

GUIDE TO THE EXHIBITION

The routing in the event hotel will be designed in such a way that participants encounter each other as little as possible when entering and leaving the event location (separate entrances and exits).

FOOD AND DRINK

In cooperation with the Hotel Hilton Park, culinary creations are served individually in the usual exceptional quality. Great importance is attached to the current hygiene regulations in gastronomy.
