Description
There isn’t a silver bullet or standard route to increase your agility, you have to find your own way. Copying a model to become agile won’t help, and imposing agile upon people isn’t an effective approach. What does work is empowering your teams by helping them find out how agile they are, using exercises and games to set course for their own agile journey. In this session, Ben Linders will show you how can use gamification to self-assess your current way of working and explores how you can do agile self-assessments to reflect and improve. Playing the Agile self-assessment Game, onsite or online, teams can dive deeply into how things are going and agree upon actions to improve how the team collaborates and communicates. The Agile Self-assessment Game is used by teams and organizations to self-assess their agility. It uses an engagement model to involve people in the assessment to not impose change on people but instead enables them to pull in ideas for change and apply those in a way that best suits their needs. Join this session to learn how to play the Agile self-assessment Game in onsite, remote, and distributed teams.
