This talk will give you a unique insight on how we managed to establish a common and easy to use release process across technical boundaries regardless of the underlying technology and/or infrastructure.

We will provide an overview on how we were able to incorporate the requirements of management as well as enabling the needs of developers.  We will show how we have used developer centric approaches such as gitflow/gitops to meet the compliance demands of the regulatory environment in which we operate as well as delivering KPI and value stream mapping demands.
