In this talk I would like to share with you my journey in the company where I am currently working. I would like to share how people were joining the company from different countries without any access to any of the company services. People were working individually, writing their code in bitbucket cloud without knowing how their code was integrated with the rest of the code and what was happening with it. There was no automation, only manually created virtual machines with manually installed Atlassian products. Several months later: we have fully automated environment using packer, terraform, ansible and docker. We are using open source products and all the colleagues from abroad have access to our infrastructure. There is visibility for everyone.
