This presentation will be about comparing Jenkins (the old way) CI/CD solution to newer ones like GitLab CI/CD or Drone and Spinnaker. These solutions will be compared (pros/cons) to the extent and also thought from different perspectives. The presentation will also have live examples of the comparison, their configuration complexity, and how much they need love and care to remain usable. All CI/CD technologies will be compared/demonstrated on top of Kubernetes infrastructure, which is considered to be the infrastructure platform of containers nowadays.
