Dimensioning correctly a cloud service is at least tricky. First step is monitoring our services. Second should be running accurate performance tests. Within one year, the project I am currently working on went from a mvp in 2 stores in Spain up to 28 countries all over Europe. We needed to grow and we needed to test how we were going to scale. 

But how do we correlate the performance tests results to our production environment? How can we correlate data? I will show you a way to have the same monitoring tool where we can show Jmeter results and the environment performance metrics.

I will be presenting a case study where the service is deployed in webapps in azure all over Europe with more than 30m users. How did we get from 100.000 users to 30m in 1 year? How did we manage to calculate and iterate and scale the service? How do we keep the performance kpi’s up to date and plan the tests accordingly?
