DevOps Collaboration 2020: Are We in The Trough of Disillusionment?

Let us honestly discuss: has DevOps improved our collaboration? And if not - what can we do about it? This session is about what hurts humans and organizations the most - ineffective, problematic collaboration, silos, office politics, power games. Why instead of collaborating we find ourselves fighting and preventing each other from doing our jobs? How can social science and research help? Are engineers somehow special in this respect? And most importantly - what can we all do about this? We will see how to identify organizational collaboration hurdles and the ways to mitigate them with tooling, processes and mindset change.
