In 2021, measuring software engineering efficiency still feels strange, even if there is so much evidence out there that DORA & Flow metrics can objectify tedious discussions. Still, the fear of being measured drives a lot of engineers into rejection. This talk reflects on LeanIX’s own experience – as a growing SaaS company, both "doing the right things" and "doing things right" is a continuous challenge around Support, Engineering & Customer Success.
